At enSili.co, your privacy matters. Our Mac applications are designed to work locally on your machine, and we believe your data should stay yours.

Data Collection

Our applications do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data as part of their normal operation. All processing happens locally on your Mac. We do not use analytics, tracking, or telemetry within our apps. The only exception is the optional newsletter subscription, described below — and only if you explicitly opt in.

Website Analytics

This website (ensili.co) uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the website experience. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter — either via this website or through the optional in-app subscription prompt in our Mac apps — we collect and store the following information through our email service provider (MailerLite):

• Your email address.
• The app you subscribed from (mainly the bundle identifier, e.g. co.ensili.xxxx), so we can segment relevant updates.
• Your IP address at the moment of subscription, recorded as further proof of consent (GDPR Art. 7).
• The date and time of your opt-in.

This data is used solely to send you updates and occasional offers about our apps. It is never shared or sold to third parties. Subscription is always opt-in — we will never auto-subscribe you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, after which we delete your data on request.

Purchases

App purchases are processed through the Mac App Store (Apple) or Paddle. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy or Paddle's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

Cookies

This website uses essential cookies for basic functionality and analytics cookies via Google Analytics. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Third-Party Services

Some of our apps may optionally connect to third-party services (e.g., AI providers in AI Bundler) at your explicit request. In such cases, data is sent directly to the third-party service and is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not act as an intermediary or store any of this data.

BundleHunt

We collaborate with BundleHunt, a Mac software bundle platform. If you purchase our apps through BundleHunt, your transaction is handled by BundleHunt and is subject to their privacy policy. We receive only the information necessary to fulfill your license (such as your email address) and do not share it further.
